Job Description

  1. Thực hiện hồ sơ mời thầu Nhà thầu phụ (có sự tham gia phối hợp của PPCCM và PM
  2. Phân tích, đánh giá, so sánh, phản biện, đề xuất giá hợp lý nhất, tốt nhất áp dụng trong dự án/ Công ty
  3. Trình ký hợp đồng/ phát sinh Nhà thầu phụ, Đội thi công
  4. Thúc đẩy, kiểm soát và thực hiện công tác thanh quyết toán với CĐT, NTP, Đội thi công
  5. Kiểm soát và thực hiện báo giá các phát sinh
  6. Làm ngân sách thực thi (Budget Ver1.0, 2.0...n)

Job Requirement

  1. Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Điện / Điện tử / Lạnh / Nhiệt kỹ thuật/ Xây dựng
  2. Sử dụng khá tin học văn phòng (Excel,Word, Mail,...), AutoCAD
  3. Có kinh nghiệm tối thiểu 01 năm ở vị trí tương đương
  4. Có khả năng thương lượng, thuyết phục, giao tiếp
