Job Description

  1. Lập tiến độ của từng hạng mục cụ thể cho công tác thi công dự án    
  2. Bóc tách khối lượng trên bản vẽ thi công, Giám sát công tác thi công lắp đặt, sử dụng vật tư, nhân lực hiệu quả    
  3. Nghiệm thu khối lượng lắp đặt
  4. Thực hiện các công tác khác liên quan đến lưu trữ hồ sơ của dự án và bóc tách khối lượng đấu thầu khi có yêu cầu 

Job Requirement

  1. Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Điện / Điện tử / Lạnh / Nhiệt kỹ thuật
  2. Sử dụng khá tin học văn phòng (Excel,Word, Mail,...), AutoCAD
  3. Có kinh nghiệm tối thiểu 01 năm ở vị trí tương đương (PCCC, cấp thoát nước, Điều hòa không khí, điện tử, điện nhẹ/ nặng)
  4. Có khả năng thương lượng, thuyết phục, giao tiếp
